我奶奶过世之前，有一天在家里地上走着走着就摔倒了，虽然屋地是土地，但是很平，哈都没有就那么被绊倒了。当初谁也没当回事，谁知到了晚上就来事了。
天刚擦黑，我们正坐在炕上吃饭。外面一点风都没有，突然窗户纸呼啦啦一阵狂响，就像刮了一股劲风，可确实不是风，好像有人往窗户上撒了一把沙子，我们都吓了一跳！风过后就一点动静都没有了。
吃完饭后，我和妹妹收拾碗筷，奶奶也要帮忙，可怎么也起不来身了。于是爸妈赶紧让奶奶先躺下休息一会，奶奶很快就睡着了。我爸就去找村里的大夫，妈在外屋弯腰洗碗。当时天都黑透了，外屋的灯光特别昏暗，我蹲地上烧火，突然我妈一个趔趄，差点扑倒在锅台上。我和我妈就纳闷了，外屋一个人没有，谁推的我妈呢？

这时爸领着村里的大夫回来了，大夫又是诊脉，又是翻奶奶眼皮的，最后大夫摇头叹气，说准备后事吧——扔奶九十了，算是村里年纪最大的老人了，老去也属正常，可怎么这么突然呢？大天收拾东西就走了。
大概是深夜吧，窗外又是呼啦啦一阵响动．真像有啥东西要冲破窗户进来，小妹吓得屁滚尿流赶紧爬回炕头，不禁又开始放声大哭。我们也很纳闷，怎么无缘无故又来风了？奶奶这时好像也听到风声了，竟然抬了拾手，爸赶紧抓住奶奶微微抬起的手，想听奶奶有啥嘱咐，却没想到，奶奶就说了一句话：“我的时候还没到，关门！”
奶奶的声音微弱，但却坚定，爸赶紧关门。那时候家里是那种很古老的木门，两扇对开的，就算关好了也漏大缝子，小猫小狗也依旧能从门槛钻进来，爸就那么直挺挺地靠着门。妈还没明白怎么回事呢，风又来了，吹得门窗呼啦啦乱响！
我搂着妹妹不敢吱声，妈赶紧跑到外屋拿起菜刀，骂骂咧咧的，也不知道骂谁，风一点都没小，在门口打旋，土沙都从门槛往屋里涌。我爸就喊：砍死它！谁敢进来就砍死谁！我妈也骂着，使劲用菜刀砍门槛，然后又上炕对着窗户砍。
我和妹妹吓傻了，不敢挪窝，那时候房子老，四面漏风，我就觉得脚底下冒冷气！折腾半天，风小了，爸妈却不敢放松，让我们姐俩看着我奶奶，爸妈一个守窗户一个看门，一直到鸡叫，才看见爸土灰着脸和妈说：看情况吧，不知道妈能不能挺过去。
天一亮，爸就要给姑姑打电话，奶奶却醒来了，而且气色很好，如同刚睡醒一样，丝毫没有昨天的魂不守舍。
