我跟老公还有我爸住一起。早上他们一大早出去做事了。我还在睡觉。睡到大概9点左右，差不多醒的状态。想起身却突然感觉自己好累好累，动不了了，眼睛可以努力的半睁开。看到天已经很亮了，可是好累，一闭上眼，就能听到床边有人走动的声音。我又半睁开眼，声音就没了。闭上眼，又有声音。
过一会，我看到我爸进房间了，我半睁开眼看到他在我房间倒了杯水又出去了。一会，我老公也进来了，他坐在我床边，我身子一下像被什么压到一样，很沉很沉。然后是感觉到被子被掀开，有人抱着我亲我脖子。压住我时，我眼睛是睁不开，身体也动不了的。那种感觉非常真实。我以为我老公跟老爸都回来了。等我完全可以动弹。身边一个人都没有。我老公跟我爸早上压根没有回来过。。。但是那一切都真实的可怕。就像跟日常生活那样。这种半梦半醒状态下，感觉特别真实的事情已经不是第一次了。
以前也经常有过，还有一次是高三在宿舍睡觉，眼睛睁开，发现原本我关着的门开了，外面很亮，走进来一个黑色人影，没错，就是个影子，向我的床边走来。我当时特别害怕，心想完了，我赶紧闭上眼睛，我知道这一切会过去，熬一会就好了，然后突然整个身体往下沉，被黑影压住了。特别重。过一会他就走了。。。然后我又昏昏沉沉的睡着了。醒来后，看了看门那，门是关着的。
百度了下，说这是过度疲劳的原因。不是什么鬼神之说。我也比较希望是自己过于疲劳出现的幻觉，可是真的好吓人。那景象太真实了。后来我都有点习惯了，睡觉一出现那种浑身疲惫，感觉动不了了的时候，我就害怕看到我不想看到的影子。有的时候真的难以启齿，黑影压过来对我做那种很亲密的事情。而且触感特别真实，但是就是看不清对方。迷迷糊糊的，也动不了，被压到时眼皮也睁不开了。网上有说这是鬼压床，梦魇。其实就是过于疲劳造成的。各位你们怎么看待这种事呢？
